Staff was very attentive. They helped with train tickets and flight reservations. Breakfast offered variety with typical food. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The blinds did not stop the daylight entering the room. Internet access was not good. Builders started early.

The spa is pleasant. The swimming area provided a good experience. The hotel has two beautiful whirlpools with cold and hot water.

The room was clean and large. the pool and jacuzzi were a great addition for relaxation. breakfast had lovely options. A wide variety was available to everyone.
noise from the corridor was easily heard and mornings were noisy. this was a little annoying . it was not a major issue, but something to note.

the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of dishes. eastern and western options were available daily. i found the variety comprehensive and quite satisfying, particularly the fresh fruit selection.

My linh at the reception was nice! she accommodated us in every way. the jacuzzi time was nice and refreshing. the restaurant was fantastic. The prices were good and the food AMAZING!!! luggage was carried for me and brought up to the room.

the hotel has a superb location, with easy walking distance to many places. there are many great restaurants on the same street, so you will not have to go far for food. it is very convenient.

i had a very spacious room and the beds were very comfortable. the design was modern and sleek, and everything worked perfectly. the air conditioning worked well and there were plenty of outlets for devices.
